The registration fee includes the following:
- the Welcome and Opening Ceremonie on Monday September 19th
- Work Visits
- Lectures
- Workshops
- Excursions
- Transportation during the excursions
- Convention information (conference bag, proceedings)
- Lunches, refreshments and dinners (except Tuesday)
- during the Convention days
- Free Buss Transportation in the city of Groningen during the conference
- during the Convention days
* If you register for a daily fee you will only have access to the conference during this specific day.

A bus ticket can be purchased from the bus driver. A ticket costs € 1,50. Once you are registered, Groningen's local public transport company, Q-buzz, has generously offered free public transportation to attendees to and from local hotels to the Martiniplaza as well as throughout the City of Groningen during the conference. Please make sure to have your WCC2011 Name Badge with you at all times, as this is also your bus pass.
